How to set Out of Office from Microsoft teams
With the latest update to Microsoft Teams you can now set your Out of Office from within Microsoft Teams
The message will sync with your Outlook Calendar, your presence and contact card information in Microsoft 365
Here’s how you can set your Out of Office from within Teams desktop app
Click on your profile picture and select Set status message
Select schedule out of office
Turn automatic replies on and create your Out of Office message
You can choose to send a separate out of office reply outside your organisation to all your external senders or only those in your contacts.
You can also schedule your Out of Office replies
Your out of office message will appear below your profile picture in Teams
To switch on your Out of office on Outlook 365 online follow the same instructions above.
Your Out of office message will be replicated in Outlook
